Hey there, I’m Diane and YES I've been exactly where you are.

 

I’m a retired bodybuilding professional, mom of three, grandma, podcast host, and a woman in her late 40s who has lived every version of “trying to get my sh*t together.”

I’ve done the extremes — the deprivation, the perfectionism, the “grind harder” era, the diet culture dogma. And I’ve also lived the burnout, the hormone chaos, the identity crisis, and the feeling of constantly starting over.

For years I thought the answer was another plan, another macro target, another workout, another round of “being good.” The hard truth is that none of it stuck until I changed who I was being.

 

I had to unlearn the good-girl conditioning and break up with self-abandonment. I had to finally choose myself.


I had to become the main character of my life (not the supporting role in everyone else’s).

The best part is that once I shifted my identity, my habits followed. My body changed, energy returned and my confidence came back.
