I’m a retired bodybuilding professional, mom of three, grandma, podcast host, and a woman in her late 40s who has lived every version of “trying to get my sh*t together.”
I’ve done the extremes — the deprivation, the perfectionism, the “grind harder” era, the diet culture dogma. And I’ve also lived the burnout, the hormone chaos, the identity crisis, and the feeling of constantly starting over.
