  • 12-WEEKS IS A LONG TIME...12 weeks may seem like a long program to keep motivated however it’s just a drop in the bucket of time. How long have you been unhappy with your current results? Exactly…likely longer than 12 weeks. This amount of time is the sweet spot to make lasting changes that will continue your results way beyond 12 weeks. We didn’t make these unserving habits overnight and we can’t expect the transformation to be done that quick.

  • “I don’t know if I have enough time” is a common concern we hear. While it may take some shifting of your schedule around to fit in some exercise, it’s one worth making. Dedicating 1 hour of your day will pay off in ways you never imagined and will actually SAVE you time- time from calling in sick, going to doctors appointments, having more energy than you know what to do with. You’ll be streamlining your food to work WITH what you already enjoy so no hours spent in the kitchen. We ain’t got time for that! We teach you how to work smarter, NOT harder.

I know Im asking you to trust this process and to invest in a program that you may feel nervous about being able to follow thru with.

 

However, if you’ve listened to my podcast you know my fave saying is “When you pay, you pay attention”. So yes, it’s an investment, but you’ll stop buying cheap programs, downloading free things, googling till the cows come home, and throwing away money on weight loss supplements. We call this “spinning your wheels going nowhere fast”.

I know the temptation of shiny fat loss programs and techniques all too well- challenges, detoxes, hardcore diets, and magic fat loss pills. I’ve done ‘em all besties! Most of the magic happens in the first week or two with a flush of scale weight that is mostly water. The true magic is in the basics of realistic nutrition (hey I love adult beverages and cookies just like most women) and we will teach you how to incorporate these fun foods without losing your momentum towards your bigger goals.
